From the garden to our table
Our cuisine is vegetarian/vegan inspired by macrobiotics, intuitive eating and other references to health through food.
We feed on the principle of taking the primary foods from the organic cultivation of the land. Thus achieving that the consumption of the community and our guests is supplied by this self-managed activity and trade in social economy of nearby and related producers with social and ecological principles.
During the stays the lunch is communal, we cook and share the food among all. For breakfast and dinner the communal kitchen and pantry are open to individual use.
For breakfast and dinner, you will have access to the communal kitchen and pantry where you can prepare your own meals.
