Community

Currently in TierraLuz we live 11 adults, 6 children, 2 dogs, 4 cats, 24 chickens, 1 rooster and many other beings that share the common space and each family nucleus uses and functions in personal spaces.

 

We open the doors of our house to you and these are our rules of coexistence:  

• The kitchen is vegetarian, please do not bring any food or product of animal origin

• It is important to listen to others and to oneself, as well as to respect differences and loving communication

• We appreciate the clear and non-judgmental look

• We can practice nudism. Please contact us if you are not comfortable with this

• We promote a day to day without alcohol, tobacco and other substances that can lead to addictive behaviors. If you need to do it, it is outside the community

• We use a dry toilet and designated areas for our defecations

• We use solar energy in a limited way, for conscious use

• If you come with animals, let us know so we can organize it

• Avoid bringing plastic and we appreciate if you manage your waste

• You can offer volunteer hours in exchange for a discount on your stay, where you will collaborate with community tasks such as working in the garden, helping in the kitchen, with irrigation, cleaning common areas, among other tasks that help TierraLuz continue to grow.
